From a vibe to a plan in two taps

Most "what should we do?" moments don't start with a specific event. They start with a feeling. A slow morning where you just want coffee and something gentle. A Friday where you want to get out and make a night of it. The calendar is built for exactly that - you can steer by mood and have a plan in about two taps. Here's how.

Tap one: pick the mood

On the home page, look for the "What sounds good?" section and its Quick picks - hand-curated moods, not categories you have to think about. Want an easy start to the day? Tap a low-key morning. Feeling like getting out? Tap a night out. The list instantly narrows to things that fit the vibe, near you, at the right time of day. No scrolling through hundreds of listings to find the three that actually suit your mood.

If you'd rather type than tap, the search box understands plain language. Try date night and it pulls the kind of evening you have in mind - across every venue and time, not just whatever filters you had set. Same idea, one box.

Tap two: make it real

Found something? You're one tap from a plan:

  • Add to my calendar turns it into a real appointment on your phone, so it's not just a nice idea you forget by lunch.
  • Share sends it to whoever you're dragging along.

That's the whole trick. You don't have to know what you want before you start - you just have to know the mood you're in. Tell the calendar that much, and it'll meet you the rest of the way.

Give it a try the next time you catch yourself saying "I don't know, what do you want to do?" - and if there's a mood you wish we had, I'd love to hear it.
