Pickleball Community Volunteer Group

Free beginner lessons plus clinics, drill-and-play, leagues, and tournaments for every level, run by a volunteer crew with activities spread from Mulberry to St. Tropez. Classes keep a small one-instructor-to-four-players ratio, so you get real coaching, and newcomers are wholeheartedly welcomed. Just sign up at least 24 hours ahead so they can line up enough volunteers.

• Meets: Mostly mornings, about 2 hours per activity; times and locations vary, with sessions everywhere from Mulberry to St. Tropez. Check pickleballcommunity.com for the current schedule.
